| Community Book Sale June 12-14, 2008 Hartford Recreation Department 125 North Rural Street, Hartford, WI |
The 4th Annual Community Book Sale will be held right after
school lets out, beginning Thursday, June 12 and running through
Saturday, June 14. Fair hours are:
Thursday, June 12 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday, June 13 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 14 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
This warehouse-style event features an incredible assortment of
NEW books for all ages, including preschool picture books, student
best sellers, chapter books,reference books, as well as Teacher
Reference materials, Adult fiction and non-fiction (cookbooks,
gardening handbooks and more). Non-book items include high
quality posters, craft kits, fun activities, imaginative school supplies
and trinkets. All items are Half Off!! The sale provides plenty of
reading materials to get your children through those long summer
vacation afternoons. It's also a great place to stock up on birthday
gifts for the coming school year!
In conjunction with the Book Sale, the Women's Club will once
again donate books to area schools and community groups. The
General Federation of Women's Clubs has long supported
Education and Literacy, and the Hartford Women's Club is proud to
offer this event as it's Literacy Project once again.
Cash, checks and major credit cards will be accepted.
